Change to "Larry met his wife Val in 1990 while attending Texas Tech. In 1991 he graduated from Texas Tech and married Val in 1993. Larry & Val have 2 boys, one is a senior in high school, & their oldest son, Noah is actually joining the family real estate business. He will be our 2nd Park manager in our second park located in Larry’s home town of MT Vernon in Northeast Texas. Larry worked in sales for a meat manufacturer out of Tyler Texas for a company-John Soules Foods. Who, now are the largest manufacturer of fajitas in the world. Larry’s territory was the entire East Coast of United States where he saw double digit sales increases for over the entire 10 years he was at JSF. Larry helped take a small family business & grow it into a major player within the food industry with distributors such as Sysco Food Services and Ben E Kieth and retail with Winn Dixie.
Larry’s wife of almost 25 years had brain surgery in 2001 when both boys were under 3 yrs. Old. He then moved his family of 4 back to Texas from Florida where he parted ways with JSF. After Valerie’s successful surgery, they begin a chain of restaurant’s that they sold in 2011. With that profit they jumped head first into the real estate Investment world and joined the national real estate investment group, Fortune Builders. Utilizing funding from private investors, banks and hard money lenders they amassed a $2 million real estate portfolio in less than 4 years.
Through Fortune Builders, Larry and Val met Myron & his wife Tina in 2016 and have now done 3 real estate deals with them. Two of which are our original 2 RV Parks. The 1st park is in Cameron Texas where Larry and his family currently live. The 2nd & larger park is in beautiful Northeast Texas, Mt. Vernon where Larry grew up. Larry in 2017, again leaned on his Fortune Builders alumni & met Dameon Burcie and his wife, Shelly. Since meeting Dameon, Larry & Dameon have two deals currently on properties to rehab and flip or rent.
Larry partnered with Dameon Burcie & Myron Myers to create Nomad Villages & Community Parks LLC. As a team we three men have an opportunity to own over $3 million worth of Prime RV Park real estate all located on major highways in cities that have aided in the success of our parks.
Myron Myers graduated from Sonoma State University in California with a degree in Economics in 1999. After taking some graduate courses at Cambridge University in England and travelling around Europe, he came returned home to Los Altos California to work for a small Manufacturer sales rep firm called Nunley and Associates. They represented the companies that supplied the parts and fished products for Dell,
IBM and others. He would experience first hand the economic collapse of the Dot Com crash in the early 2001.
In 2005 he earned a second degree in Computer Science and went to work for a company called Intervision. There he would be installing, and selling the very devices he once built. Working for a small company he would wear many hats and be an integral part in growing the company to three locations with over 80 employees. In 2010 he left Intervision and went to work for a similar company called Kovarus. Where once again, he would help the company rapidly grow. And in 2013 he parted ways with them.
In 2014, Myron would join Fortune Builder and start his own company called T&M Properties with his wife. His family has always owned small businesses and been in real estate. This company allowed him to finally do the same. At the end of 2015 Myron picked up his family and moved to Spring Texas. He got a Texas real estate license to purchase properties, has funded several projects and is now a founding member of Nomad Villages.
