THE STORY OF NOMAD VILLAGES & COMMUNITY PARKS

All three founders of Nomad Villages & Community Parks have two things in common. One, they are members of a group called Fortune Builders and the second is Larry Andress. Fortune Builders is an organzation founded by Than Merrill and brothers Paul and JD Esajian. This organization is designed to teach people and give them tools needed to build a successful real estate business like they did. They hold boot camps in different cities and members can be part of their Crush It Crew to help run the events. That is how Myron Myers and Larry Andress met in February of 2016. As members of the Houston Crush it Crew. The following year Larry Andress would meet Dameon Burcie at another Fortune Builders Boot Camp in Houston.

In 2017 after successfully funding one of Larry’s projects Myron agreed to fund another one. This time an RV Park in Cameron. It was a small park that needed some TLC but was already cash flowing. Until this purchase both men had been investing in residential real estate. They both knew they needed something that would get them more consistent income and a more sustainable business model.

Later in the year Larry would meet Dameon Burcie, talk to him about what he was doing and they both decided to purchase another park. Once again Larry reached out to Myron. This time; it would not just be to finance another purchase but be part of a team. He introduced him to Dameon Burcie and they talked numbers. Myron and Dameon hit it off and they all agreed to go into business together.

So in the waning days of 2017 Nomad Villages and Community Parks was created. A company with two parks and an eye toward future expansion.

Through Fortune Builders, Larry and Val met Myron & his wife Tina in 2016 and have now done 3 real estate deals with them. Two of which are our original 2 RV Parks. The 1st park is in Cameron Texas where Larry and his family currently live. The 2nd & larger park is in beautiful Northeast Texas, Mt.
